ANA ADAMOVIĆ

Ana Adamović is a visual artist whose practice is primarily focusing on the constructions of historical narratives and individual and collective memories. Her work has been extensively exhibited in Serbia and abroad, most recently at the 34^th Biennial de Sao Paulo, Museum of African Art and Museum of Yugoslavia in Belgrade, Museum of Contemporary Art in Skopje, Salon of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade, Museum of Photography in Thessaloniki, and many others. She graduated from the department of World Literature at Belgrade University, studied photography at the Art Institute of Boston, and holds a PhD in Practice from the Institute of Fine Arts and the Institute of Art Theory and Cultural Studies, Academy of Fine Arts, Vienna. Lives and works in Belgrade.
